It is May & the time is flying. I am currently half way through the 200 hour Yoga Teaching Training Course which I am attending in Marin California. I love it, I have attended yoga retreats in the past and doing the teacher training is something I have always had on my list of things to do in this life! So now I am doing it!! Yoga makes my body sing, it is something I have always naturally done when growing up not knowing that all these positions were called different names and asanas and helped the body is so many positive ways. In the course I am learning sankrit, chanting, mantras, phylosophy and traditional yoga teachings which is all so fascinating. It is such a wonderful opportunity to be doing right now while I am visiting the US. I am also completing my bachelors as well so it feels great to be productive as well as active. I am currently living in the city at Nob Hill which is wonderful, I love it, the city is so alive! Meeting so many wonderful people, making new friends and connections.

I am so blessed and grateful for all new opportunities and people coming into my life.
