Another Update - Well I am now in Canada. Flew into Vancouver which I enjoyed seeing the city again after 20 years. Then drove East to Banff had High Tea at the Fairmont Hotel in Banff which was a special moment to enjoy - the service & the beautiful view of the mountains, it is an amazing building. Visited Lake Louise which was frozen over for the skating. Stayed in Canmore about 20min. from Banff, great for hiking, so many wonderful trails to discover, I have to go back to do more hiking. Drove to Calgary to have a look at the city and stampeded out again, unless you are interested in the zoo or shopping not much there. Then drove back West to Whistler, wonderful drive across, so many beautiful lakes and views to take in - from blue/green lakes to a lake that is completely frozen over. Whistler has just finished the Olympics and the village is still buzzing. Went and enjoyed the Eagle Zip Lines which is so much fun, great adrenaline rush, the last run we could go upside down - woohoo! Also so many great walking trails around the lake and golf course. Back to San Francisco end of this week.

New Living Expo starts this Friday-Sunday in San Francisco which I am attending. It will be wonderful to meet so many awesome people.  

I am also enrolled for a yoga certification teaching training course for the next 3 months in San Francisco. Something I have always wanted to do, learning the traditional teachings, sankrit, mantras, chanting and philosophy.

Life is wonderful, I feel so blessed and grateful to experience all these wonderful gifts life has to offer, I am embracing it all on this journey.
